There are not too many options here but you can eat safely. They have two styles of quiche made with an almond flour tortilla. The owner was there when I came in and they said the quiche is made in a totally different area than the breads, so there is less risk for cross contamination. I bought a couple quiches and didn't have any ill effects. They were delicious as well! I'd definitely go back.

The food here is delicious. I have been here for lunch twice and the sandwiches can all be made with gluten free bread. Can't comment on cross contamination as a little bit of gluten is ok for me.

Came with my family and my mom and I are both celiac. She got the oatmeal and I got the BLT. They have gf bread and it’s so good! We both would give it 5/5! Bring your family they have plenty of options. :)

Excellent sandwich!!! Good bread
We grabbed a late lunch after a day in the park. The portions weren't very big so that was disappointing since we were starving. But they had a good selection for me being GF and dairy free. And we sat outside which is always nice.

Small kitchen, so possibility of cross contamination....I had no issues after eating though
Delicious sandwich & latte for lunch. The bread was great & slices weren’t tiny like a lot of gluten free breads are. Totally recommend!
Hugh quality food, hip atmosphere

They will clean, put protective paper and try extra hard to not cross contaminate, but no guarantee as the kitchen is too small to have a dedicated space. Staff was knowledgeable about safety and areas where they might have cross contamination problems. I got a panini WITHOUT having it toasted or grilled as they have no safe option do that and chips. Good food. They do a great job packaging so you can take it into the park with you. Everything was clearly marked.

We had gluten free bagel Sandwhich and gluten free granola and fruit with yogurt! Both where great!
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a sandwich on gf bread and tasted very well and they had it on multi grain bread. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need to stop by quick. They also had some breakfast options.

Great breakfast! They have gluten free bagels and bread for the sandwiches and all the staff was super nice
Great place for celiacs! I had breakfast here most mornings (gf breakfast sandwiches) before heading into Zion and they will pack sandwiches to go for your hikes in the park. Very knowledgeable about celiac and many choices. I highly recommend!

Fined her twice for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Have child with celiac disease who loves pizza. Two separate nights we got her a gluten free pizza and she did great! I told them it was Celiac and not an intolerance and the woman who personally cooked the pizza came out and reassured us before we got it. Was great!

Super convenient for a packed sandwich to take on a hike! Delicious food with gluten free options...
Great spot just outside the park.
Incredible! Great staff and AWESOME gluten free food!!!! Tons of options and it all actually tastes great. Not to mention the coffee was SO GOOD! Highly recommended for a post-hike lunch, or a pre-hike breakfast!
Very gluten-free friendly, with GF bread, pizza and snacks.

My son said he liked this place big time. We went almost every day for breakfast since its adjacent to our hotel (also stones throw from pedestrian park entrance). Vegan hot chocolate. Great granola with lots of fresh fruit. Gf baked goods. Gf packed sandwiches not great but consistent with how gf bread does when not toasted. Some staff (and owner) fantastic - one in on almost gave me regular muffin. Consistent with places with seasonal employees I would always grill the folks and watch them carefully! All in all, very glad to have this place- especially breakfast. Order at counter. Good breakfast bowls.
I was very disappointed in this place given the earlier reviews. I guess it all depends on who is behind the counter taking your order. In my case, a very unknowable young girl. When I asked her about the paninis on GF bread, she said they were grilled on the same press as regular bread. Whether that is correct or not, I'm not sure. So to be safe, I quickly changed my order to a salad. The salad came out with tortilla on it. I also don't know if it stated that in the menu because my choice was hasty. However, maybe the girl should of known given my fifty questions about gluten. The other girl who brought my food out was extremely accommodating and had them remake the salad. I didn't get sick. This just wasn't what I was expecting given the reviews. I enjoyed Meme's Cafe much more and wish I had stopped there again.
I had breakfast there this morning. The staff were helpful. My veggie scramble was tasty. They have Udi products available.

Yummy food including GF pizza and sandwiches. The staff said that they could make almost anything on the menu GF! Cute restaurant with great views, right outside Zion NP. Will definitely eat there again when we go back to Zion!
Saved my vacation in terms of food. I was fully prepared to eat trail mix for every meal while in Zion and cafe soliel was so convenient and helpful in making that not have to be the case. Gluten free pizza, cookies, bread available. A bit pricy but worth it.
