Had the hummus sandwich on GF bread. It was phenomenal!!!! So so so good. Didn’t have any reactions. Typical precautions appeared in place
Had the hummus sandwich on gluten free bread, which was soft and delicious! The sandwich itself was yummy as well as the soup of the day, which was a coconut curry. Small menu was marked for gluten but I still double checked when ordering. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wanted to order the tuna sandwich but was told a spice they use in the tuna said was not gf, which only made me feel better about eating there as they clearly understood.
Amazing food. Can make all sandwiches gf, on amazing bread from Denmark!!

Not labeled that they had gluten free bread, but if you ask they said they can make any sandwich with gluten free bread. The staff said that the sauce on the ham and cheese may contain gluten, but they substituted butter for the sauce and it was great. Delicious sandwich, friendly staff. Great stop on our vacation!
