This is a wonderful little Australian based eatery with big flavors. Open for breakfast and lunch, they have GF cakes, breads and pastries made on site daily. Menu items are either gluten free or can be made GF. Eat in or take out. What a gem!

Great experience. Almost everything on the menu can be made GF. There is no kid menu but they will do half size meals for kids which makes it affordable and accommodating.

Had the strawberry, avocado salad with chicken. It was good simple, fresh meal. Also had the risotto balls with a red pepper coulis and arugula. The combo of the three (sauce, rice and arugula) was good. Good service. Everything was clearly marked.

My sisters were visiting Cape Coral. 3 of the 4 of us have many issues with food. Gluten, dairy and soy with many more food issues. The waitress and waiter were very helpful with helping us decide what to eat. Their gluten free bread was fresh and delicious. Who knew that Friday is gf donuts day. They were also delicious.

I was so excited to find this hidden gem. The location is a bit hidden on a back road, but we could smell the delicious food from outside. Almost everything on the menu can be made Gf and vegan. They make homemade Gf bread in-house, as well as vegan feta that was AMAZING! Lots of Gf vegan desserts as well. So impressed!

I appreciate that a place in the Cape offers healthy and gluten free items however, it's very disappointing that they fall short. Their food is "gluten friendly" in order words it means that it's not safe for anyone with Celiac Disease. They use all shared equipment and even shared pans and utensils! I have asked the owner on several occasions hoping they would change their procedure but they have not. How hard is it to purchase a few extra pans and utensils? I don't understand offering gluten free if it's not safe for the people who need it. Anyway, I'm hoping they will change their ways someday. Before I knew that they shared pans, someone bought me a cake from here and it made me really sick. I've begrudgingly gone here a few others times and did ok with their lunch food. I didn't get sick on those but it's a hard no on any of the baked goods until they change their ways. If you're Celiac, don't do it.

Best coffee ever and really delicious GF food. I have Celiac and have eaten there many times with no reaction.
Yes
The food and atmosphere are amazing but I’ve had a reaction 2/3 times I went there, while their food is gluten free I’m thinking it may be a cross contamination either during baking process since it’s not entirely a gf kitchen space or during preparation to be served. So sad because I absolutely love it there. If you’re just Gf or vegan without celiac disease then I’d highly recommend, but if celiac probably not a good idea!

A natural food restaurant and bakery with a large range of delicious Vegan and GF food and baked goods. They also serve really good espresso based coffees and artisan teas. Super friendly staff and and a cool hip setting.
