I used to work at the restaurant and i have celiac I know for a fact that several of their salad dressing that are made in house have no flour or wheat in them. The honey balsamic vinaigrette for example is just that honey, vinegar and oil. If you are very sensitive I wouldn't not suggest here since there isn't a gluten free prep area however the cook would make my salads for me using a clean dish and would do his best to avoid any cross contamination. In the 3 years I worked there I never got sick. The person below obviously got ahold of a counter rep who did not understand what celiac or gluten is and should have asked for the manager or the cook to give a list of gluten free items.
