Ordered through postmates but called first. They are very aware of gluten and keeping the GF meals separate. Their GF crust only comes in the 10” option. Great GF pizza, though next time we’ll be asking for well done since we prefer a crispy pie. Their salads are also great and able to be gf. Will be returning!
Gluten free pizza crust was offered. They made sure to bake the pizza on its own pan to prevent cross contamination. Used separate gloves for applying ingredients. The waiter let me know about the way it was prepped and was in its own flat plan when placed on table. Overall did their best to be careful after I told them I have celiac/gluten allergy. I really liked it and had no issues afterwards. My family was able to eat their own regular pizza and thought it was pretty good. Took about 10 minutes or less to get there from universal studios area.
