CAKE THAT!

They made our wedding cake! Got married on LBI at mallard island with 230 guests- they did the whole cake gluten free!!! Red velvet with cream cheese icing and funfetti with chocolate frosting. The best!

I have Celiac and dairy, oat and soy intolerances and am continually impressed by their offerings. Their cupcakes have great consistency for gf baking (they are a bit dense, but not dry), and their icing is a lovely texture and not obnoxiously sweet.

If you have any questions about ingredients the staff has a binder full of the recipe for each product stored directly under the cash register. This place is a lifeline.

Some gluten free cupcakes and layer bars. Bought a black and white gf cupcake but it was so dense and dry it crumbled all over me while trying to eat it. Hardly any flavor. Frosting was just ok. Not that impressed. You can make better ones at home with a decent recipe.

The owner Jess completely understands the importance of not cross contaminating the gluten free items. This is the one place I trust that I can safely eat cake/cupcakes/other desserts. I eat here all the time and have never gotten sick.... The best part? The gluten free items actually taste just as good as the regular! Get there early during the weekend for the best flavor selections because they tend to sell out fast!
