Our waitress was knowledgeable and assured me what was safe to eat and how the food was prepared. Almost the entire menu was GF and everything we had was delicious!
The waitress was really knowledgeable about all allergens (someone in my party had a tree nut and peanut allergy) a the food was tasty! It also had really great vibes and cocktails, I’d highly recommend!

They have little wheat icons on items that cannot be/are not gf on the menu. The tortilla chips ARE fried in a shared fryer just fyi. With that in mind, I had the Cocktail de Chamarones as an appetizer and it was fantastic! For dinner I had both Carrne Asada which was so amazing, literally a flavor bomb! The black beans are so flavorful. I also had Tacos Al Pastor. Good and different, on a nonfried shell. Our server was phenomenal! He came back and forth after double checking with the chef on several menu items. Assured me they clean the grill where they will prepare the gf dishes etc before I even asked. I walked out full and without one problem, it was so refreshing to eat at a restaurant and be able to still enjoy the rest of my night/rest of the weekend! I highly recommend this restaurant !!!
Enjoyed a nice meal. The bartender talked me through what was GF and safe. Had chicken tacos with rice and beans. Not a lot of flavor but was a simple meal in a calm environment for downtown Nashville. Chips are not safe for Celiacs.
Excellent food, excellent service. Multiple food allergies were not a problem. Our dinner was perfection from start to finish.

Despite this website (FindMeGlutenFree) saying that this location has a dedicated fryer, they do not. My waiter, who normally works in the kitchen, said to stay clear of the chips because of it.
Items containing gluten were marked on the menu, and the waiter made suggestions for items which I could safely eat without cross contamination.
However, despite following the waiters recommendation, I got sick.
If you are sensitive, I recommend a pass on this place.
WOW. This was incredible. I have celiac + shellfish allergy so it’s been a long time since I’ve had sage Mexican food which I love. Everything here was OUTSTANDING. Their barbacoa was incredible. You know how remy in ratatouille talks about all the flavors coming together to just create a symphony in your mouth, that’s how I felt eating here. This was amazing food. My food allergen detection service dog cleared everything we ordered which was amazing.

My tacos and rice were absolutely amazing! The menu has more gluten free options than not, and it was very clearly labeled. I wanted to order practically everything. Chips were gluten free. Server understood and was knowledgeable on the gluten in the kitchen. Would definitely come back!

This place was amazing! Service was outstanding and the food was delicious - some of the best Mexican food I've had in years. The best part is that the majority of the menu is gluten free and they actually have special markings for gluten-containing items. This may seem silly, but it felt so much less ostracizing and totally inclusive. I didn't feel like I had to be worried about being the one ordering something "special". I highly recommend coming here, as it's great whether you're gluten-free or gluten-full! (The Tacos Al Pastor were *chef's kiss*)
90% of the menu is gluten free & the items w/ gluten are labeled. Frier is seperate so you can eat the chips. It was the best restaurants I have been to in years. The waitress & Manager were amazing & very knowledgable. I am celiac & no issues what so ever
