Eat at your own risk! The person taking my order had no clue what had gluten and what didn't. He proceeded to tell me what didn't have flour. So obviously his understanding of gluten was Zero. As a Celiac I can't risk eating gluten so I left. They don't have a gluten-free menu or anything marked gluten free.
Good food, and friendly staff. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and asked them to use a corn tortilla. The guy who took my order went to the back and asked, and they were very understanding. I also got a side of rice and beans which was amazing ! Very good and authentic Cuban food !

I got a quesadilla and they were able to make it on a corn tortilla! So good! Just know that the chips are fried in oil that has fried things that contain gluten so there is a bit of cross contamination there.
