Very GF aware. Dedicated fryer for fries and surprisingly, GF Chicken fingers that my daughter loved. My GF bun was kind of dry, but what's new. My only concern, was that my bun was toasted. I didn't get to ask about that process, but they seemed to understand the need for careful handling. Friendly service.
