Review of California Pizza Kitchen

Hit and miss crust. Sometimes it's over cooked and too crisp. Sometimes the crust is too chewey. Sometimes it's just right. They can't make substitutions on the GF pizza without risking cross contamination. I suspect the pizzas are made elsewhere and frozen.
