They have always been very careful with my food. They are celiac friendly.

Visited while interviewing in Bham. Excellent!!! Manager spent 20 minutes discussing places to live and all the GF options in Bham. She eats GF as well, and assured me food would be prepared without contamination, and it was! On top of it all, she said her restaurant will be moving to using rice flour exclusively!!! She even insisted that my lunch was on the house after my talk with her. Now that's hospitality at its finest. Will be back when I relocate!!

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
