Management came and talked to me when I ordered my "certified" gluten free pizza with extra things.... The manager was so nice to tell me that those items may be prepared in a way that could cause cross contamination. Just to know the word cross contamination really made me feel comfortable.
I just went there today, and they have a certified gluten-free menu. It has five pizzas on it. They prepare them in a very safe way to prevent cross-contamination. There are a lot of “no gluten ingredients” items on the menu, but they are not guaranteed gluten-free. The pizza is made with cauliflower crust, but you would never guess. It is absolutely delicious! I feel completely fine after eating it. The manager was quite knowledgeable about gluten as well.
They only have gluten free salads....what a huge disappointment. How hard is it to keep some GF dough on hand for people who CANNOT eat gluten? Won't go to CPK anymore.
they no longer have GF pizza. the only GF items on the menu are salads.
I’ve never eaten here in person yet, but I’ve ordered off of DoorDash four times with no issues. I order off their Gluten Free menu which they state they take precautions to prevent cross contact and is prepared in its own space based on procedures developed by The Gluten Intolerance Group.
The pizzas aren’t the best but they do hit the spot and is great for people who can’t eat gluten because our pizza options are limited anyways.
