The CPK in the airport is safe for Celiac people. I am highly sensitive and was able to have a pizza and alcoholic beverage (margarita)

This restaurant is always great for celiacs! I requested that the kitchen will change gloves/prevent cross contamination when making my pizza and the waiter told me that he was gonna tell the kitchen that even if I didn’t ask. The pizza was delicious too! Highly recommended

They had three pizzas marked as certified gluten free from which to choose. Pizza came with a gluten free flag. Fun spot.

I was so hesitant to try this restaurant because the reviews are not very good, and my daughter is a VERY sensitive Celiac. Finally, I decided to roll the dice and give it a try. Five stars!!! First of all, the staff was VERY kind and happily dealt with all of my obsessive questioning about how the pizza was prepared. Second, they actually had a kids’ portion of gf pizza! So we only paid about $7 for a normal portion instead of paying $35 for a huge pizza that my young daughter can’t possibly finish. Third, my daughter finished every bite of her pepperoni pizza and loved it. Fourth, and most importantly, she did not get sick! Hooray!!!

Most CPK are great with allergy precautions . The manager here gave me a NON GF pizza. When I realized it wasn’t GF she didn’t take my allergy seriously and didn’t take responsibility for the awful mess up.

They have several pizza options for gluten allergies. I let the waitress know that I have a gluten allergy. They brought my food out separately and there was a stick in my pizza that said “gluten allergy”.
