The management has some knowledge of gluten, but the wait staff and cooks are pretty uneducated, especially with cross contamination. The over all quality of the food has gone downhill, I would not recommend.

Best authentic Mexican dinner I’ve ever had. Waiter Jose was knowledgeable about gluten and made excellent recommendations.
No gluten free substitutes. Waitress did not know what gluten was!
Wonderful. The manager went over the menu and also made adjustments for me. I had the "insides" of the primavera veggie burrito without the flour tortilla, but they brought me corn tortillas on the side. You can also have the tacos (corn tortillas) or salads. The green chili is out (flour based) but salsa Rojas's was good.
Owner stepped through menu and buffet item detailed every item. They will make up items special for whatever allergy needs to be provided for. Great place to eat, nice decor, very clean.
