Went twice during my stay. Hemispheres is inside the resort and is a buffet style. While they don’t list gluten free options, the chef walked me through the buffet and made sure I knew where options came from. I’m celiac and I didn’t get sick either time so make sure you ask the right questions and you’ll have a great breakfast, lunch or dinner!
