Wonderful cheesesteak on a great gf bun. They are very careful and the potato salad was delicious.

They were great! Had the GF Philly Cheese Steak. Definitely the best gf food I’ve had so far whilst traveling USA. Brought friends who aren’t gf and they loved it as well. Highly recommend!!

Great cheese steak on a large GF roll. Made for a great Philly food experience. Fluffy yet crisp gf roll. Potato salad was good. There were gf cookie and beer options, but I opted out to focus on the sandwich. Will go back for sure.

Great Philly Cheesesteak with a lot of gf options, including beer. I have only tried the works cheesesteak when it town. It was amazing! Good sized sandwich but it was very expensive -nearly $30. I didn't try others in the area so I'm not sure about the price comparison. Didn't get sick.

The gluten free bread for my cheesesteak was terrible! Tasteless and fell apart immediately. The filling (the works) was OK.

Campo’s is one of my faves as a Philly native and celiac :) I’ve never had a reaction! They have gf buns that are (for once) the same size as the regular ones. Staff is incredibly helpful as well!

I really wanted to like this place. But the hidden charge of almost $7 for some of the world’s worst GF bread really turned me off. The bread was cold and dry. My advice… go to Jersey mikes instead of this place.

Extremely disappointing and way over priced. The bread was awful. I had the Reuben (there was no cheese or sauerkraut) and ended up just eating the meat by itself.
Delicious! They had vegan cheese so I was so thankful to be able to get the full experience. I would ask for extra meat next time. The bread was thick compared to how much meat was on the sandwich.

We chose to get steak sandwiches at Campos after reading a previous review and it did not disappoint. My celiac daughter enjoyed her authentic Philly cheesesteak without an issue. She has had gluten free cheesesteaks at other steak shops, however this was by far the most tasty. The restaurant had other items such as potato salad and coleslaw that were gluten free, as well as certified gluten free chocolate chip cookies. We are from the Philadelphia area and are so happy to have found a place where we can enjoy Philly cheesesteaks as a family.

When in Philly, is it not a requirement to have a cheesesteak? Might I recommend Campo's?
Fresh gluten-free rolls from one of two local bakeries (whomever answers the phone, according to the nice young woman behind the counter). It is a rather steep $5.50 upcharge for gf, but the seeded rolls that my kids had were quite good. The regular rolls were also good. Campo's offers an assortment of cheesesteaks to choose from (although isn't there only
one true style?). My wife had a very untraditional turkey club wrap (which she said she would get again).
Campo's offers seating both inside and outside, and has a selection of beverages including beer. (I didn't look for wine, but seriously would anyone drink wine with a cheesesteak?) Enjoy your sandwich.

So thankful our son was able to experience an authentic cheesesteak. Great GF bread (“the best I’ve ever had!”) with cross-contamination protocols. Staff is great.

Really good classic cheese steak. The GF bread was amazing. Honestly, hard to believe it was GF. She had many other offerings and sides GF as well. Plus, very cool location on a busy Phili street.

This was the third time we’ve stopped during a road trip to NY. While I’m thrilled there is a GF Philly the bread is a little too dry, even for GF bread and next time I’d ask for more cheese. The meat is good, but had some pieces that were chewy. I’d have it again just not “the” GF Philly I’m on the hunt for.

Gf roll was burnt and the chef wasn’t the nicest when we asked for a knife to cut the sandwich more to share but ok if looking for a gf option. Sandwich could use more seasoning and she said the cheese whiz was gf but I have a stomachache. The brownies are so yummy - David’s brand.

No pricing on menu. Expensive is a relative term for everyone, so I’ll say that it was $55 for two GF cheesesteaks, two drinks, and one potato salad. All of which were good, but we might have split a sandwich if we had known how much they cost, since neither of us finished ours. That said, they are good. The seeded GF rolls are pretty good. The potato salad is a coleslaw-potato hybrid and absolutely delicious.

My go-to for a gf hoagie. A bit pricey, but they do not skimp on the sandwich meats, and the gf roll actually holds up. They are very gluten aware and offer a few gf sides as well as packaged gf brownies and cookies.

We recently tried the cheesesteaks at Campo's Philly Cheesesteaks, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The cheesesteaks themselves were delicious, with tender meat and perfectly melted cheese. However, I was disappointed that they don't list their prices on the menu. It was a bit unsettling to find out the price only after it was rung up at the counter. While the taste was satisfying, the lack of transparent pricing left me feeling unsure about the overall value of the meal. The gluten-free bun, 8” was the only size offered for GF and regular buns. The GF bun was ok and normal, dry and crumbly. My wife didn’t get sick and like I said it tasted ok. There are better options out there in Philly for Gluten-free Cheesesteaks, like Jays Hoagies which I have given a review on. See my pictures of the cheesesteaks and the bill.

Great chicken cheese steak on a good gf roll. Had the Godfather, broccoli rabe, onions, roasted red peppers and an excellent sharp provolone! Made fresh to order! The flat top was just cleaned and they took care when assembling my sandwich. They have gf rolls and most of their sandwiches can be made gf but they don’t have a separate gf menu- if is a sandwich shop so I didn’t expect one.

I was really excited to try my first cheese steak, but unfortunately got badly glutened. Didn't eat anything else, so must have been from cross contamination. I also agree with Alanna that it was poorly seasoned and overpriced. Had great reviews, so not sure what happened.
