they seem to be trying but GF in the Liverpool Pizza parlor made me a bit nervous with all the flour flying around. The GF food was great even with the mild reaction and high prices it's not on my A-list
The GF pasta is very good - they served it to me all three times I ordered it with bread, though, so clearly they're not very educated on anything. Which scares me. And the traditional sauce not being GF is so weird (I order the garlic and oil).
They have gluten free pasta but their traditional sauce is not gluten free so that was disappointing.
