Super great spot in the Venetian. Everything was great we got the risotto with beef tenderloin and the caprese. They also offer gluten free pasta
Was staying at the Venetian to see U2 at the sphere. Needless to say, I was in fear of eating anything at all because I didn’t want to have an “episode” and miss any of the U2 show! After talking to the hostess, who told me that they make their own gluten-free pasta and take special care when you specify an allergy when you order I took the risk. I am happy to say that not only was the meal delicious. I did not get sick and I thoroughly enjoyed the show!
Had the risotto with meat. It was ok. Not many options for gluten free. My husband’s meal was dry and not great. You pay for the ambiance

Gluten free pasta options are available, and depend on what is made that day. My 8 year old had pasta with butter sauce and parmesan. Pasta was very fresh and well made. The server confirmed that they use separate water for boiling. We will definitely eat at this restaurant again. Our only initial concern was that it is very busy, so it's hard to determine how much precaution is taken by the server and kitchen staff.
Our server was diligent in checking each dish we ordered directly with the chef. The food was great and the pasta cooked to perfection. The specialty drinks were also top notch and the bartender checked each ingredient for gluten. Awesome.
