The first restaurant that I actually trust to serve non-cross contaminated food! Server was very knowledgeable and I tested my food and it was GF.

I got the barbacoa dish and tested it with my Nima sensor — it’s verified gluten free.

Note: The corn chips come in a package that says “gluten free” but the restaurant notes they can’t vouch for its potential of cross contamination.

Server was very conscientious about gluten. He went to the kitchen and asked and came back with some items circled on the menu. It was very few which made me confident it was accurate! (I had the barbacaoa which was excellent.)

Good little place. They cross contaminate with fryer so you have to get stuff separate. But if you want quick good tacos. This is it.

Food was delicious but definitely got glutened here. I think the fryer was cross contaminated. Our server had no idea what gluten even was. I asked about the flautas as they were listed as corn but traditionally are flour tortillas. He didn’t really seem to know the difference between corn and flour tortillas, but did go and ask someone, however just came back and said I would be fine with the flautas. I didn’t feel well after eating here, but my non GF husband enjoyed it a lot

Good experience, not a ton of GF options but what was there is very tasty. Especially the tacos, and pork barbacoa yum which was a good alternative with corn tortillas. The waiter and manager were attentive and careful which I appreciated.

Sat at the bar for drinks while waiting for a table and ended up just doing dinner at the bar. Trayle, the bartender, was very knowledgeable about what was/wasn't GF. Excellent service.

Unfortunately, all of their cheese has beer in it. Which makes it very difficult to find anything to eat here. Only thing you can est at breakfast is the steak and eggs.

I hope this is the place in the Venetian.

Really great experience. Even the chips were gluten free, which is a treat.

Waitress was knowledgable and the manager came over and was so great.

Had the street tacos and about ten pounds of guacamole.

EDIT 7/17: Chips no longer gluten free. Server said nothing could be guaranteed and that we probably didn't need to eat anything. Sad.

I am only giving one star because I have to. I usually ask for a manager about gluten free before I attempt to order. However it being Vegas and the host saying along with the waitress asking kitchen staff I felt okay. I even asked the server once my food was sent. I asked about their chips salsa/guacamole. Which every person knows with a gluten allergy are generally speaking not. Our waitress assured me they were gluten free. I don't believe that they are and because the waitress assured we several times the kitchen was aware of my allergy to gluten know I don't believe the kitchen staff has any clue what gluten is found in or how to read a lable or know theor vendors to all extents...I when eating out usually weight 20 min between starting a new food..so either the chips were not...or almost instantly when I ate my first ordered gluten free Fajitas I was Sick....I don't get stomach sick with gluten if I eat a litte my symptoms are neck cramping and joints if I proceed it's 12 long hours of throwing up and MS like symptoms for days. Sucks to get glutened on your birthday. People should have to take a class if their going to serve people.

Had a great experience there, as long as you tell them you have a severe allergy to gluten they're great...... I had the fajitas they were fabulous, and didn't get sick.

Not gluten free! Unfortunately you can't rate 0 stars because I would. Waiter seemed like he was knowledgable on the subject and that he would let the chef know. I would not recommend any one taking a chance of eating here.
