They wouldn’t make the Sweet Potato pancakes GF for me but the Fat Elvis was good if you like Peanut Butter.

Really disappointed in this place. They take absolutely zero precautions about safety, staff was not trained at all.

Gluten-free pancakes, gluten-free French toast, very good. The food was completely superb on my first visit but the second time it was as if they had someone different in the kitchen because the food was not good at all. I told the manager and he said try coming when the restaurant is less busy.

The place is Not Celiac friendly.

Their hashbrowns are made on the same top as their wheat based products and from what it sounded like all the food is on those same surfaces.

The grits are Quaker so they are off limits for Celiacs.

Food was nice but there was still heavy limitations.

Mobile ordered gluten free pancakes while on a road trip. Super easy process, food was ready to carry out when I arrived, and it was all delicious. Highly recommend.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for creating this app! I’m still fairly new to Tallahassee & my recent non-celiac gluten intolerance, which has severely curtailed our restaurant dining! I’m SOO excited to order a LARGE stack of GF pancakes at Canopy Road Cafe on Fat Tuesday!

Had the gluten free French toast and it was delicious! They have GF pancakes and toast too, and staff was responsive to celiac diagnosis. A small (non dedicated) kitchen may be risky for cross contamination if you are really sensitive.

My wife and I enjoyed their gluten free pancakes with turkey sausage and eggs. I would come back if I lived here. Not being as gluten sensitive as some see Maria's review for safety.

Love their pancakes, have yet to try their french toast. They can accommodate basically anything on the menu. Have eaten here several times and have not gotten sick!
