Fryer is not celiac safe. They fry other things in the same fryer. Managers were nice. Explaining they change the oil every day or two. And drop the chips in the morning . Just ask questions. No chips for me

Near the Ft. Myers airport. Menu listed items that were GF or that could be made GF. Waitress said they have a lot of ppl with celiac come in and that they use a dedicated fryer. Food was good - nice portions. Extensive tequila menu. I didn’t ask a lot of questions because I was tired and hungry but I didn’t get sick :)

We stopped here for a last minute meal. My gluten free meal was great. No desperate GF menu, but GF options are marked on the normal menu. Our waiter was knowledgeable of celiac, but struggled answering a few of our questions himself, so he went back to the kitchen to get answers, which I was fine with. No dedicated friers so Eat fried food at your own risk. Make sure to ask that nothing gets added onto your meal, such as tortilla strips (because they are fried). I did not get sick and the food was good, so they get 5 stars.

Our server was somewhat familiar with Celiacs. I asked about the shared fryer: plantains, tortilla chips, chimichangas etc are fried in the same oil. We ordered the vegetarian enchiladas. We did not have tortilla chips due to possible cross contamination. Was disappointed to find that the enchiladas were served with tortilla strips- this wasn’t noted in description and server didn’t mention to take them off. We also ordered the Perfect Margarita. We had 3 Celiacs and none of us had any issues.
