I get mixed replies when I ask if chips are in a dedicated fryer. They do alert the kitchen if you tell them you have an allergy, but it took me three asks to find out if a certain item was gluten free. I was only there for brunch, and it was delicious. The brunch potatoes did end up being gluten free but I had to ask three different people to get that answer. One was a manager and even he had to go ask the kitchen. Doesn't make me feel overly confident, but that being said I ate there three times and didn't have an issue.

Limited options but rhe chips are in a separate fryer, and it's close to my house so it's my go to Mexican spot. I always get the burrito bowl with queso and have never gotten sick from cross contamination.

This place was my go to GF Mexican but no more. They no longer have a GF fryer for chips...a huge disappointment after eating their amazing guacamole and chips for years. My waiter was clueless about GF options so I personally won’t be going back. Makes me sad.

Went here with a group. Although the menu was clearly marked with the GF options I was not impressed (maybe 5 GF choices and most of these options had loads of dairy-which I also have to avoid). Ended up getting drinks and eating elsewhere.

Fantastic fajitas! Server knowledge. Gluten free items clearly marked. Incredibly gluten free flour less chocolate. Not sure if Celiac certified.

Not very impressed. Although server did know what items contained forbidden ingredients for GF requirements, their so called version of "gluten free chips" we're just Tostitos from the bag!! Also cannot eat the crispy corn taco shells because like the fresh made chips, these shells are fried in the same fryer as wheat containing items. Seems like they could spring for a separate fryer just so they don't have to serve customers bagged chips! For the prices at Cantina it should be better than that. On another note - from the salsa to the chicken to the beans, everything is way over salted. It didn't used to be like that so not sure what happened.

GF menu. Server seemed somewhat nonchalant about my needs, but the kitchen did a fantastic job. Delicious meal and no issues afterward.
