Several GF options. Waiter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about shared fryers and such. We had ordered queso and chips but he came back to advise he checked and chips were in a shared fryer and queso was not GF.
The fresh tortilla chips are NOT SAFE. Shared fryer. They were happy to bring me fresh soft tortilla shells instead. (Chips and Salsa are free as were my shells) They prepared my food in a separate location in the “back”. I enjoyed the chicken soft shell tacos and the guacamole is not to be missed! At least 6 GF options available. Alert your server to your GF status and you’ll be safely fed.

absolutely wonderful! the chicken fajitas were melting in my mouth. I wish I had this restaurant in my area. awesome gluten-free menu
Not many options, BUT they DO have gluten free meals on the menu! Recruited beans are also gf.
I ate at the one in Terminal B. The menu is marked with a few option to ask your server about if you want GF. Chips are fried in contaminated oil and even the corn tortillas used in several of the GF labeled meals are dipped in same oil to make them soft. Waitress was confused when asked what really was GF for someone with an allergy. Ended up with a mango and chicken salad which was very good but I was disappointed in the lack of genuine GF options.

Awesome Mexican food! I highly recommend. Every time we come to DFW airport we hope we have a lay over so we can enjoy the food. They have an extensive amount of gluten free menu items with chips and salsa to munch on before our meal.
They had a dedicated fryer for the tortilla chips and the server was very knowledgeable on cross-contamination and ingredients.

The only meat we couldn't get was the carne asada.our meal was great the waiter answered a lot of our questions and the chef came out and took our order.
I ventured out to this new Mexican restaurant due to reading that they had gluten-free offerings. Upon checking out the menu, they clearly marked the dishes that were gluten-free. I asked the waitress about the tortilla chips and she informed me that they were gluten-free and made with corn. I asked if it was a dedicated fryer for the chips and learned it was!! Made me feel comfortable ordering and had no reaction after eating here. Outside seating, over looking Town Center, is a great view to take in the great food. Highly recommend!
