Favorite Mexican food restaurant in town. Several options on the menu are marked as “can be prepared gluten free.” Staff is always very nice and knowledgeable about the menu.

The hostess and our server were very knowledgeable about gluten free needs. Our food was delicious and came out correctly the first time. The kitchen is also willing to accommodate any meal to make it gluten free if able. side note... the mango is amazing!!

Chips are from a dedicated fryer. A few good selections from the menu and anything gf is noted with a purple triangle. I’ve always been happy with my meals and the servers.

I am very sensitive celiac and our waiter was very knowledgeable about my options for eating there. The chef also came out to make sure he understood my allergies (gluten and dairy). I had the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas and they were amazing! They have a dedicated fryer first their chips and the salsa and guacomole were delicious!! I felt very safe eating here and would definitely come back!

The waitstaff honestly has no clue what they’re talking about when it comes to allergies. Asked for the gluten free fajitas and I received flour tortillas with the meal. If you’re Celiac than stay far away.

Great place. Chips are 100% gluten free. Manager was phenomenal. Came to table and personally took care of order. Made braised short rib gluten free....it was delicious. Highly recommend.

Went to this location assuming it was GF friendly because I’ve been to other locations. Majority of the items that were marked as GF, were unable to be made GF. I tried ordering queso, tortilla soup and barbacoa tacos, all listed as GF but they could not accommodate. I was told I could have salmon or a salad.

Asked for two gluten free meals and got one served with flour tortillas. My gf daughter ate one before we caught it and had to take Benadryl. They apologized and brought out corn tortillas, but the damage was done. Great food but have to watch for safety.

The chips are safe! They use a separate fryer for everything else. Great stop for a little snack. I am very sensitive and had no issues with the chips, salsa, and guac. I can’t speak to the other menu items but the staff seemed really knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable staff at the Terminal B location. Items they can make GF are marked on the menu. I ordered huevos rancheros to go for breakfast, specifying GF. Waiter who brought my order out told me she subbed fruit for the fried potatoes b/c they put panko bread crumbs on the potatoes. She told me she made the sub in case I had celiac. I appreciated her attentive service.

The waiter was not knowledgeable about gluten free but went into the kitchen to ask the chef about which foods were gluten free and how safely they were prepared. I got the tortilla soup which was delicious!! Their chips are also cooked in a separate fryer. Overall a good experience.

Asked the hostess about gluten free all she could tell us was to ask the waitress. When we got seated we asked the waitress if the chips were gluten free she said yes but when I asked if they were fried in the same oil as other food she also said yes. So we got up and left.

Wonderful meal, wonderful service! Visiting from out of town, and I told our server I hadn’t been able to eat fresh chips and salsa in a restaurant safely since my diagnosis about 3 years ago. She packed up a huge bag of both for me to take with me. So kind!

Giving them 3 stars because this place has always been one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the city and what I believe happened was an isolated incident. I noted the fajitas weren’t marked GF so I asked if they could be made GF. Our server originally said no but then came back a few minutes later and said yes the kitchen can modify to be GF. Great, right? So I ordered and when they came out I took 2 bites of the tortilla and realized it was flour (I thought it was white corn). I flagged the server who confirmed they were flour so then I asked why if I ordered the dish to be GF. Her response was that only the chicken was modified to be GF and they come with flour tortillas. I guess I was supposed to specify that I needed corn tortillas. However I thought common sense would prevail here and that would be an automatic modification. So I guess just be extra diligent when ordering. Chips are fried in a dedicated fryer and margaritas are delicious at least.

Several GF options. Waiter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about shared fryers and such. We had ordered queso and chips but he came back to advise he checked and chips were in a shared fryer and queso was not GF.

In Columbus from out of town and tried this resturant based solely on the information in this app. What a FIND! Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The menu has many items marked as GF and our server said that there are additional items that the chef can modify to make GF as well. I know some of the older reviews say the chips are not safe but about six months ago the general manager made several changes at this resturant to accommodate a wider range of dietary need and among those changes they added a fryer dedicated for just their corn chips. They were light and crisp and delicious! I cannot remember the name of my meal but it was a chili relleno stuffed with shrimp, mushrooms, and zucchini on a bed of cilantro lime rice and street corn drizzled with a white creamy sauce. Divine!

CELIACS BEWARE! I ate breakfast here. I specifically told the waitress 1. I have celiac (and what that means). 2. I cannot have things with flour in them as she asked to sub tortillas with corn tortillas 3. I said corn only is fine but i CANNOT have it if it is in the shared fryer. I said this last part 3 separate times before placing my order. Meal comes out, she says gluten free and they gave you the corn tortilla instead of flour. I said great. Half way through I had a gut feeling. Asked her if she was sure this wasnt fried same fryer; she stared blankly. Had her go check. Manager comes out and sure enough it was fried in the same freaking fryer!!!! Started crying bc i have flights to get on and i cant afford the inflammation and damage that will be caused.

It was really good! All gluten free items were marked on the menu and the chips were fried in a dedicated fryer so safe there. I got the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas. It’s a little pricey but food & service were worth it. Also when I talked to the kitchen manager earlier he said even if it’s not marked gluten free on the menu they could make almost anything with some modifications. I didn’t want to stray just to be safe but you could try....

The fresh tortilla chips are NOT SAFE. Shared fryer. They were happy to bring me fresh soft tortilla shells instead. (Chips and Salsa are free as were my shells) They prepared my food in a separate location in the “back”. I enjoyed the chicken soft shell tacos and the guacamole is not to be missed! At least 6 GF options available. Alert your server to your GF status and you’ll be safely fed.

Went to this restaurant after seeing the ratings & reviews in this app. No wait on a Friday evening, good service & quick drink refills. I asked if they had a separate gluten free menu (they don't), specifically asked for the dish I ordered to be gluten free (it was designated with the gray triangle too), and verified with the waiter when it was brought out that it was gluten free. Woke up Saturday, had explosive diarrhea all day, now it's Sunday afternoon and I'm still dealing with it. Totally ruined my weekend, haven't been able to leave the house. I do not recommend going here.

The menu is marked but staff is not knowledgeable of gluten allergies. It’s the overall management of the servers that hurts them. One waiter takes your order but multiple others may bring your food out. They brought us flour tortillas 3 times after being specifically told corn only. The food was rather bland and service was terrible and slow. They also got our appetizer wrong twice.
