I have always seen the signs in the side of Hwy 74, and I have seen them on my App. So, my husband and I went out on a date night. At first I was a bit skiddish (I always am when I attempt to eat somewhere new), but I am so happy we went there. Kathy our waitress was so friendly, so knowledgeable, and very attentive. My husband, who is not GF, ordered the Surf & Turf Chimichurri, and for my dinner I ordered the 7 oz Filet, roasted potatoes, and since I don’t like asparagus, they allowed me to substitute coleslaw. For dessert I ordered the creme brûlée. They let me know that they couldn’t grill my steak for the shrimp, but pan seared it for me.

Great experience! They have gluten free items properly marked. The hostess comes over after you ordered to confirm that what you ordered will be prepared gluten free with proper awareness for cross contamination. I had the fish tacos with mahi mahi and roasted potatoes. 10/10!

Let’s just say they make it plainly obvious they know what gluten free dining is. However, they definitely do not know how to properly handle it because I went there last night and was told i would not get sick. Well today has been the worst I’ve felt in months and it started right after I left the restaurant.
I got the fresh catch (swordfish) with mango salsa, asparagus, and substituted the risotto for roasted potatoes.
The only reason I think I had a reaction was because of cross contamination.

I had blackened cod tacos with TexMex salad. It was delicious. I’m gluten and dairy free. The server was very knowledgeable. My husband enjoyed his jambalaya also!

Food was high quality. The waiter could answer most of my questions and offered to get the answers to those she didn’t know. Fried items were not gluten-free. Would have preferred a larger number of gluten-free options but what I ate was quite good. They did have two choices of desserts which is more than most places have! They did not have a gluten-free menu in the restaurant but they did online. I’m pretty sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t get sick. My family, who don’t eat gluten-free, really enjoyed their food too. Would definitely go back!

GF items marked on menu, but many unmarked items can also be made GF. Knowledgeable and very pleasant staff. Manager came to our table to offer info and answer questions. Only disappointment was no dedicated fryer. Food was delicious! We will definitely visit again.
Frequently choose this place bec. of their GF options, knowledgable staff, and simply good food.

GF items clearly marked. Server knowledgeable. Can order off more extensive dinner menu for lunch. Tasty food. Would come here again.

I absolutely loved this place! They clearly marked their GF items on the menu. I sat in the bar, but I had the pleasure of being served by a very cheerful and knowledgeable singing bartender. He provided excellent recommendations, and I thoroughly enjoyed both the NC rainbow trout and the Good, Bad, and Ugly (a drink with just the right amount of kick).
