I’ve had some great bbq from here. Don’t get there at the end of the day though or you’re left with few choices. Most bbq is naturally gf so sticking with the meats is an easy win. All their sauces are3 safe and the staff is comfortable guiding you to safe choices.
Terrific awareness from the owner on down. All meets and sauces are gluten free and are marked as such, and the 3 sides (out of a wealth of options) that aren’t gluten free are all handled in a different area so cross contamination is nearly impossible. My wife has celiac and we felt 100% comfortable eating here. Will definitely come back
Found this food truck at the Oakland Museum’s Off the Grid event - they were very understanding of celiac - changed gloves, plenty of gf options - I just didn’t use the sauce in the squeeze bottles on the side of the truck.
