This restaurant has minimal gluten free options. The staff sought to be accommodating but weren’t especially knowledgeable. They had one item marked gluten free (carnitas) with fried, but confirmed no separate frier so substituted sautéed veggies . They were willing to clean the pans and keep my food separate. I wouldn’t go back.
