Review of Capitol Burger

The burgers are next level! We went back for more! I ordered the bacon burger with a lettuce wrap. The owner is super friendly. He explained they don’t have GF buns because he might get one GF order a week and he doesn’t have a way to keep the buns fresh on the food truck. The beef tongue burgers if FRESH like ground daily. His neighbor raises the cows! Locations can vary so check their Facebook page daily.
