Food was pretty good. Dinner for 2 took a total of 2 hours, although our server comped us 2 desserts. Overall no complaints, I was happy with the slow pace of the evening while drinking so many delicious meads, beers, wines all GF! Will definitely come back

Very poor service. It took a long time for food to come out and drinks were empty 3/4 of the time. Other than the fish and chips which weren’t perfect the food wasn’t good at all.

So I took my family here to eat. My kids and I are GF. The service was terrible. The wait for our food was so long my son started to cry. To top it off once the food came we didn’t like it! The ribs had a terrible sauce on them, the fish and chips were ok but made my stomach hurt, the chicken was ok, the calamari was soaked in oil- just disappointing.

100% Gluten Free facility. I had a friend chicken thigh appetizer, then fish and chips for my meal. The food was excellent! Staff was very friendly and helpful...a great place for celiacs.

I've had celiac for 3 years. Their fried chicken sandwich is the best sandwich I've eaten since then.

While this is celiac fine, the food isn't always great. True it is totally lovely to be in a place that you are super safe to eat anything BUT come on guys make sure it's bloody delish or just skip it.

This place is 100% GF!! So nice to know you won’t get sick. Had hush puppies ( which havnt had in about 16 yrs) and they were amazing. Also had fried cheese curds, so good. Lots of cider beers to try also. Totally recommend. Our waiter was Joshua which he was great. Really informative on different ciders.

Dedicated gluten free! Can’t beat that for a celiac. I had the Charred Broccoli first. It was good but had a lot of lemon. Was a bit too much. For the main I had Chicken Fricassee. It was good but was a bit spicy for me (I have a low tolerance for spicy foods). I should have known this. If I was staying longer in Seattle I would give Capital Cider another shot for sure. Very safe food, just wasn’t completely to my liking.

We finally were able to visit this restaurant last week. I've been wanting to go for awhile due to these awesome reviews and we were not disappointed at all. Well, the only disappointment was when we finished our food because it was so good! My GFCFSoyFree son was able to eat the fish and sticks. The rest of us had soup and sandwiches. I had a grilled cheese with bacon and french onion soup! So delicious. We ended our meal with an apple crisp, also very good. Highly recommend!

So good- had picky teens with us and they had the toad in hole and cinnamon rolls to share, I had the simple breakfast with maple glazed carrots—so yummy.

The only thing with gluten is the beer, and they only use specific taps for beer so there’s never contamination of the cider. Everything is entirely celiac safe, and the servers check for any other kinds of allergies. The food was great too! Our server, Zach, made it an especially positive experience.

All gluten free menu. I mean ALL if it. We had the French toast and fish and chips respectively. Otherwise weird combo, right? We both have celiac and were so happy to have these as options. Both were unbelievably delicious. The bloody Mary’s are special too. Great flavor and not pulpy. Service was friendly, attentive, and we will be back!

Was surprised and delighted to find a dedicated GF bar/restaurant on Capitol Hill. The menu is varied and eclectic, a. bit pricey but considering the quality and specialty of the food well worth it. I had the French Onion soup and a side of Sweet Potato Fries which were really large wedges. Both items excellent. GF and Gfull beer options. Large variety of ciders. I WILL be back for more!

We had a great time here! Food was amazing (with lots of gluten free options) and the cider choices were diverse enough to offer something for everyone. The fried cheese curds were one of the most delicious things, ever :) I'm celiac and very sensitive and left there feeling happy, healthy, and full :)

Nice decor and the service was pretty good. It's very close to Frankie & Jos (go for dessert), so that was a plus. The food varied. We absolutely loved the charred broccoli but the hush puppies were a dude. However most of the food was very good. We asked to sub chicken for avo on a dish and we all thought it was an even exchange, but we were charged for a side of avo. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know upfront. While the food is tasty in a nice bar restaurant, the portions are small especially for the price tag. It's a GF restaurant so, we'd suck it up and go again next time we are in town because it's tasty and safe.
