Review of Capitol Pancake House

I love this restaurant; I was able to order gluten free waffles for the very first time in over four years! They were crispy, full if flavor, served hot and I ate every morsel!

The staff is friendly; we met the owner; all of them were GF knowledgeable; that was a first!

This is our “go to” restaurant for breakfast! Love it!
