I got the burger and fries with a gluten free bun. As most restaurants in universal, you order online. I ordered regularly and put in an allergy note. The chef eventually came and talked to us. The bun was not good, but did not cost more, which is always a good surprise. Fryer was dedicated and all of that so I'm sure it was safe, but it was just okay food.

I talked to the chef and ordered via the app. It was very safe. they brought me the gluten free bread to my table, still wrapped in the plastic. They also have vegan cheese. Not all restaurants have vegan cheese. Dedicated fryer. Very good experience!!!

Confirmed recent experiences. Offers mobile ordering, but one in person ordering line exists. A must for celiacs. When informed of the gluten allergy, the chef came out and personally explained ingredient risks and handling protocols. The bacon cheeseburger with GF bun and fries (dedicated fryer!) were then delivered personally by the chef. I do recommend using the locally provided sanitation wipes to doubly wipe down the tables that have already been cleaned by the staff, as a rouge crumb could be spotted here and there. Great confidence building experience in a great theme park!

Justin the manager was amazing. His wife and son also have Celiac. He answered all of my questions and prepared our meal himself. We got cheese burgers and French fries, and grilled chicken sandwiches. Everything was very good and we did not get sick.

The food was terrible but the employees were so nice.
Clean, efficient, and ensured that I would be taken care of. Manager came over to confirm celiac was my only “allergy.” Food delivered separately, grilled chicken sandwich on Uris bun with fries from dedicates fryer.

DEDICATED FRYER! My celiac son got to enjoy cheese fries, what a nice treat at an amusement park.
The chef, Heidi, came out and went through her binder so we could read through all the ingredients and then personally made our meal. We were just looking for a snack, so we didn’t try the burger, but they have GF buns. Great stop!

When we placed our order the cashier went to the back and brought out a cook who spoke personally to my son. Ordered cheeseburger and fries with GF bun. He enjoyed it. Only complaint would be is it is a very limited menu. But when in the park grab and burger and keep on going.
We had hamburgers and chicken sandwiches today. Didn't get sick😊 the chef was knowledgeable of our disease! Food was edible

Gf bun with chicken sandwich and dedicated fryer for French fries
Yes
The chef hand-delivered my burger and explained that they take allergies seriously.
Staff brought our chef who brought our allergen book. Kind, thoughtful, but not super knowledgeable about what gf means. Fries are in dedicated fryer and delicious! Other option if burger w or w/o cheese and w or w/o bacon. Bun is good but burger is blah. Filling and gf safe for celiacs just not super amazing.

The cashier didn’t understand gluten but she brought out the chef. They have gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for fries. Pretty good for fast food.
Side note for vegetarians- Three people in my group ordered vegan burgers (the Impossible Burger). They put mayonnaise on all of them and didn’t seem to understand why that didn’t make sense.

Tell the cashier that you have an allergy and would like to talk to the chef. Chef will explain you can have the burger on a GF bun and fries. The chef (mine was Heidi I think) supervised my entire order, including separately made bacon. She was awesome.
GF buns for burgers - that’s it. The burgers are not very good either.
Very helpful with my gluten free allergy. The front person was able to explain what I could eat on the menu and even brought out their allergy info binder to verify I could have the shake (I could)!
The staff here was excellent. Quick service chef came out to talk to us and prepare food. Burgers on gf bun and fries.

The gluten free bun was good and the concern and service were awesome!!
I have a gluten sensitivity so I cannot say that this place is completely safe for someone with Celiac, but I can say that the burger was delicious. When it came to the table, the server called it a "masterpiece" because they made it from beginning to end completely separately from my husband's burger. You do have to ask for the gluten free bun- it is not listed on the menus. Pretty sure it was an Udis bun but I'm not complaining.
