GF option on menu is a cauliflower crust pizza, nothing else is noted as GF and didn’t ask because seemed extremely unlikely. Got a GF personal pizza with veggies and no cheese. Standard cauliflower crust but the sauce and veggies were delicious, no complaints! Though, they got my order wrong the first time and gave me a normal crust. I asked the server if it was GF and he just shrugged, so I had to track down our original waitress and ask again. She was like yeah that’s the gluten free one but I didn’t believe her and asked her to check with the kitchen. It was NOT the gluten free crust (kitchen confirmed) had I not spent 10 minutes grilling the servers I wouldn’t have known they served me gluten. Then I had to wait for my remade pizza while my whole family ate. By the time mine came everyone else was done eating 🙃
I didn’t ask much about cross contact bc a shared oven won’t make me sick, but unsure it would be celiac safe. They say they have GF chicken and eggplant parm online, but I would not trust them to make that safely (with breadcrumbs, pasta, batter, fryers, they’ll add gluten accidentally at some point). But they were able to do a pizza. I’ll probably be back bc GF options in Goshen are minimal but… yeah.
