So many gluten free options and the food was delicious! They also have good vegetarian/dairy free options available. We got garlic bread, prosciutto burrata, and pasta piccata. They said “gluten free” for every GF item we ordered. Delicious! Definitely recommend

Best GF meal EVER. Came after seeing the reviews and didn’t disappoint. I had GF garlic bread and my husband ordered the garlic dip that had my mouth watering. For my entree I had Mamas Bolognese and I almost cried because it was the best GF pasta I’ve had. My waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable. We were celebrating my birthday and she brought out a GF dessert. I wished I lived closer because I would be a regular.

We were visiting Monterey and so glad we went here for our last diner on our trip. One of the best gf pastas I’ve ever had! So nice to have something other than penne pasta. The garlic bread was amazing! It was worth going there just for the bread. Not to mention having so many Gf dessert options. Will for sure go back next time in the area!

The server was very helpful and accommodating. Menu items marked with red asterisk can be made GF; items with blue can be made DF. You have to specify this when ordering. My husband ordered GF/DF puttanesca and really enjoyed it! The GF pasta was excellent quality, too.

The food was amazing, the menu was clearly marked, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Such a relief to have a delicious and stress-free meal. I had the Burrata Prosciutto (tomato, burrata cheese, prosciutto, basil & balsamic vinaigrette, crostini) and Misto Di Mare (prawns, scallops & artichoke hearts, garlic cream sauce, linguini). The GF crossing was excellent and the pasta was delicious and actually linguini! No issues after eating.

My son and are celiac. We went last night and it was sooooo good! Neither of us were sick. Our family shared the gf garlic bread and it was amazing! I had the pasta that had sundried tomatoes and artichokes and my son had a pasta with olives, capers and a spicy marinara. Amazing for Celiac! Good food, serving staff is all very knowledgeable, and one of the owners is gluten free. Dishes are prepared separately and all pasta is boiled in clean fresh water. The garlic bread is great and I have been twice with no adverse reactions.

I LOVE this place. As a lifelong Carmel resident, I was devastated at my diagnosis that I would never be able to eat out again. This place is careful, has options, has incredibly kind and understanding staff and owner. Have never been worried or had an ounce of reaction after being here. 20/10 would recommend, just let them know you have an allergy.

My partner and I are both non-Celiac gluten intolerant (but still very sensitive) and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here with no reaction!!

They have amazing garlic bread, flatbreads (the chicken one with awesome) and all of their pastas are available gf with fresh-frozen pasta. Going to an Italian joint when you’re gf is always a bit nerve wracking, but the owner put our mind at ease by explaining their processes (his wife is gf as well).

This place does not disappoint- if you’re in Carmel and want a tasty (and safe) dinner, I highly recommend it!

We went here because of they clearly mark items GF and DF on their menu. I ordered the cioppino, which was tasty. That said, after promising me a plate of GF/DF garlic bread, our very nice waiter left a place of supposedly GF bread that included butter and cheese. Another waiter then came by with a plate of GF/DF bread. On the plus side, I do believe both plates of bread were GF.

I am in absolute HEAVEN here. Earlier today I had the runs from gluten fast food and at this amazing restaurant my gastrointestinal tract seems to have really calmed down. But more importantly, the food is astonishingly delicious and there are vast numbers of options for celiac people. We are coming back here for lunch having just had dinner here, it is so good. Thank you to the reviewer who said just go here already. WE LOVE THIS PLACE! My vegetarian husband also said it is one of the best meals he has ever had, AND I AM A CIRDON BLEU TRAINED COOK!

Unfortunately when my food came out i tested both items and both came back with gluten found. I told the waiter and the manager came over. He was kind and understanding but was confused with the outcome because apparently people have tested it in the past and it was okay. We left after leaving a tip and went somewhere else.
