Everything on the menu was gluten free and most dairy free as well! Even a cooler full of gluten free deserts! Highly recommend, especially for someone with celiac!

Amazing bakery, lunch, and dinner options. dedicated gluten free kitchen. Also Dairy free options and sugar free options. Loved everything I've tried. Great home-cooked meals. Chef/owner takes requests even. Amazing tamales and brisket!

I went to Carolines, but couldn’t really find a menu online. They were doing brunch on Sunday morning. They said the menu for brunch changes every week. The Friday menu also changes. The lunch stays the same for the most part. I got the biscuits and gravy. It was tasty. I hadn’t had that dish since I got diagnosed. I can’t wait to try more they have to offer.

The Owners and extended staff are very helpful and friendly, the entire restaurant is Gluten-free with Keto options as well no chances of cross-contamination. Lots of Bakery options Cookies, cupcakes, macaroons...

I picked up a variety of baked goods and for Dinner I had the Loaded fries and a mixed drink. 😋

The place was packed but the service was impeccable and food was delish. We had a hamburger, Loaded nachos and a patty melt. A couple of complementary margaritas and two cookies for dessert. It’s not pricey. Regular prices for a dedicated GF restaurant. The owner was really friendly. I tested my food with my Nima sensor just to double- check and it came back without gluten. Totally recommended.

Food was good but pricey, however two of the three of us ended up sick even though we didn’t eat the same thing. The only thing the two of us had was the lemonade. Not sure I will return 😢

I do not get the hype whatsoever. Food was practically inedible. It’s a disgrace to gluten-free food. How is this place open?

The service was excellent. Staff is always very helpful. Always willing to explain the menu & answer questions with patience. Even offered us a free "Customer Appreciation" slice of cake!!

The cactus nachos...HOLY SMOKES...🤤...THEY WERE DIVINE!! Never heard of cactus being used for tortillas or chips & they were a VERY WORTHY substitute for the typical high carb chip options!! In love, 😋 for sure!!

I have never felt so confident that every item in a cafe like this one is totally safe for me to eat! Small, friendly place. Using fresh food, which does take time to prepare so expect to wait awhile. The lasagna was excellent! The meat loaf was so savory! The chicken pot pie is loaded with chicken and only has a top crust. Dozens of bakery choices! Has prepared Items to buy like sauces, honey, nut butter and more. Located in a very small strip center. A bit pricey but worth it for home cooked meals!

We had a muffaletta, pizza and burger - all very good. They have pizzas and other frozen, prepped meals to go that can be reheated later. They also have a ton of GF baked goods. The chocolate covered marshmallow was yummy! If you need dairy free, ask about the bun options on the sandwiches because their usual GF buns have cheese in them.

The whole restaurant is 100% Gluten Free, Sugar Free and Keto. The food is excellent and the dinner menu rotates so there is always something fresh and new to try. The Deserts are all so scrumptious and I haven’t even tried them all yet.The staff is so friendly and helpful and Caroline is there working and baking all the time. It’s a hidden gem!

This place was AMAZING!!!! My 8yr old really enjoyed the amazing food and the pastries as well . Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Went for the grand opening. Awesome grain-free tamales (haven't had tamales in YEARS)!! The texture of the "masa" was impressive (pork rinds and coconut flour), and the meat inside had a nice kick!Staff was really nice...they gave us a ding-dong on the house when we left (my husband enjoyed it since I have an egg intolerance).So awesome to have a restaurant completely free of gluten and refined sugar nearby (AKA not within the Loop)!! I do wish they had more Paleo options, but I didn't get a chance to check out all the regular menus. PLENTY of options for Keto! Please post the menus online! Those with other allergies/intolerances like to scope things out beforehand! 😉

They are 100% Gluten Free. They do not use any wheat products in the kitchen so you do not have to be concerned about cross contamination. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The tamales are awesome and I will definitely recommend the chicken cream cheese jalapeño. The cup cakes were ok

Super friendly staff. Went over ingredients with me. Basically the entire place is gluten free. I haven’t had tamales this good in atleast 6 years! I have celiac and anaphylactic reaction to wheat. I had zero reactions! So happy I found this gem!

Very friendly owners, who are very helpful as well with understanding the need for gluten free. Their menu offers a variety of specialty tamales, in addition to “normal” flavors. We purchased some hot to eat right away and some frozen to be able to eat later as well, to heat according to the easy instructions provided. This little “gem” is worth the drive to try them out.
