Ordered from this restaurant multiple times since the pandemic began and always note that I am gluten intolerant. I never had issues in the past but tonight the sauce on the chicken looked different. I pointed it out to my wife who thought maybe it was just thicker. About an hour later I got violently sick. Will not be risking it again.

Boo! Don't go unless you want to get sick and get a lame excuse from the Manager. Got sick in parking lot after "GF" Chicken Caesar Salad. Lots of cross contamination going on. Would not recommend if you are Celiac.
No
My mom had been here more time than myself, and had gotten sick afterwards. We both have celiac. I went with her recently and we both got sick afterwards. The place wasn't busy and we explained to the waiter our intolerance and he brought bread for the table. After our meal he suggested a brownie for all of us to share. We were like seriously? My mom emailed the manager and he wasn't very nice or apologetic. We won't be going back.
They have a lot of options for gluten free needs. Although, if you have a problem that isn't just gluten free but needs to be low in fiber and acids (like myself) then the menu quickly becomes limited. But the couple items I can have are absolutely delicious.
Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.

The salmon and GF pasta with the Tomato-basil-garlic sauce was great! Also the steak, mashed potatoes, and veggies are all delish!

In spite of the menu clearly indicating GF dishes and the hostess and server apparently understanding the issue , I became quite ill after having the triple chicken dish with a salad and a side of asparagus.

The waiter wasn’t the most informed. They tried to bring out the gluten noodles two times, before 5 minutes later bring out the gluten green noddles. When I questioned they told me it was fine. Before eating I looked through and found a gluten pasta noddle mixed into it. The manager was in the middle of showing the package to my husband when I found it. He reports that they have a separate pot for GF but I would heavily question next time.

Carrabbas has some GF items on the menu and they are good. I would like more pasta options in addition to just the one( Penne ). I buy any type of GF Pasta from “A Taste of Italy “ their pasta is the best I’ve tried. I’m looking forward to the day I can eat Veal Marsala with linguine or fettuccine pasta.
