This was our first visit to Carrabba's

Candace was our server today She was amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable and double checked EVERYTHING to make sure not only was it safe but that the kitchen knew exactly what needed to be done....

Will be coming back again and again....

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I absolutely love Carraba's. I had never eaten here until I was diagnosed with Celiac, and I am so thankful for them. Their food is always absolutely delicious and they are so cautious about gluten allergies/intolerances.

My server was extremely pleasant and sweet. I ordered the chicken bryan with a side of gluten free alfredo and it was omg good. Mouthwatering. The best thing I've had there yet. The rest of the family isn't gluten intolerant, so they ordered things like shrimp alfredo. The shrimp were huge, and they didn't skimp. My husband and mother-in-law both loved their food.

I also had a blackberry sangria and it was really good. They take Celiac very seriously here and I love the fact that you can even order alfredo because their sauce is made with rice flour. Will continue to go back!!!

Considering this is a chain, it was an amazing place. They were very careful, even though the rest of my family are gluten eaters, they kept everything separate. Ask and ye shall receive. The food was soooo good and we all had enough for leftovers!

GF items are clearly marked on the menu, making it easy to see what should and should not be safe. The waiter was very attentive and accommodating. We ordered only GF items, and there was no apparent cross-contamination.

As of now, this is 10/10 for me. I will update if I get sick after getting home.

Carraba’s goes above and beyond to make special accommodations if you ask. I was able to order their spaghetti with gluten free pasta and sausage instead of meatballs and their traditional pasta. They will prepare most appetizers to accommodate as well. This is one of my favorite go-to restaurants.

We visited this establishment last night and the staff was very nice and the food was good. I am gluten free however my husband and our friend are not. We all had a salad and different meals. All 3 of us were sick through the night and today. I believe it was from the salad.
