I have never had a bad experience at Carrabba's in Tyngsboro, Ma. I wish I could order something *other* than the Chicken Bryan, but I just can't stop myself from ordering it every time. Sooo delicious. They don't blink and eye when I bring my own bread to dip on a separate plate. Their "John Cole" dessert -- Vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce and roasted cinnamon rum pecans -- is a treat I never regret indulging in, so save room! I'd give them five stars if they would start serving GF pasta.. or better yet, a GF Chicken Parmesan... just dreaming.

Extremely disappointed. My wife and I went to dinner last night and made it very well known she is anaphylactic to gluten. She received her dinner and her veggies were sprinkled with bread crumbs. We ended up in the ER for the night.
Carrabbas was one of my favorite places to eat before my celiac diagnosis. I was so excited to find out that many items on their menu are labeled gluten free. Even my favorite menu items! They did sub in gluten free pasta with their Alfredo for me and the pasta was over cooked and pasta sauce was incredibly bland BUT honestly I have never gone there for their pasta. I lean towards their steak and chicken dishes.

The salmon and GF pasta with the Tomato-basil-garlic sauce was great! Also the steak, mashed potatoes, and veggies are all delish!

In spite of the menu clearly indicating GF dishes and the hostess and server apparently understanding the issue , I became quite ill after having the triple chicken dish with a salad and a side of asparagus.

The waiter wasn’t the most informed. They tried to bring out the gluten noodles two times, before 5 minutes later bring out the gluten green noddles. When I questioned they told me it was fine. Before eating I looked through and found a gluten pasta noddle mixed into it. The manager was in the middle of showing the package to my husband when I found it. He reports that they have a separate pot for GF but I would heavily question next time.

Carrabbas has some GF items on the menu and they are good. I would like more pasta options in addition to just the one( Penne ). I buy any type of GF Pasta from “A Taste of Italy “ their pasta is the best I’ve tried. I’m looking forward to the day I can eat Veal Marsala with linguine or fettuccine pasta.
