This is the cafeteria at the hospital. If you are a patient in the hospital, they repare your food here. I also believe that if you wanted to eat at the Sage café in the hospital it uses the same kitchen. The woman preparing my food in the kitchen her mother has celiac, so she knows what she’s doing. I have spent an entire week in the hospital and I was very afraid I wouldn’t be able to eat. They take food allergies very seriously here, and they give you delicious food. If you need to stay in the hospital, don’t be worried about the food. They also have a dedicated toaster for gluten-free toast. I am extremely sensitive to cross-contamination, and I have not gotten sick from eating here three meals a day for an entire week. When they deliver your food to your room, they give you a receipt that shows everything they have given you and it also shows all of your allergies. So you know they are aware of your allergies every time they deliver food to your room. My experience here has been outstanding! I usually get a protein, rice or potato, a steamed vegetable, and fresh cut fruit for dessert.
