This place was a winner for our family. They have GF chips (you need to make sure you request them) which was great. The food was fantastic. The server was knowledgable and friendly. Our daughter with celiac wanted to go back a second time. Great food.

Great find in Grand Cayman. Food was delicious and this place is celiac safe. Items are marked on the menu and they even designate which items may be gluten friendly but not celiac safe. I had enchiladas and tacos and was not disappointed. Ask for GF tortilla chips.

Lots of options and felt safe. Items marked on menu (even had if celiac safe or not!). If you let your server know they will fry chips in separate oil. Great fajitas and tacos. A bit pricey

GF items clearly marked, and there are a lot of options. I told them I have Celiac when asking about shared fryers for chips. She told me for celiac, they could make them GF (fried separately). Very accommodating and had all the right answers to my questions to make me feel safe. Food was excellent!!

Delicious and safe! Items are marked on the menu, including a few that are gluten free but not Celiac safe. We ordered chips and guacamole as an appetizer and when they brought them to our table, verbalized that they were gluten free chips before I could even ask. We also had the street corn (delicious!) and I had the Carnitas Verde enchiladas for my meal. Our waitress was very kind and also gave us great recommendations of things to do on the island. Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Celiac knowledge and precautions. Chips are celiac safe and menu is not only marked with GF but with GF and celiac safe. Many options. And it’s reasonably priced for the island as well!

We ate here years ago before we were gluten free & enjoyed it so we were excited to try it again based on the reviews here. We started with the chips & salsa based on everyone’s comments & they were safe. My daughter ordered a chicken & cheese quesadilla made with a corn tortilla. I discovered the naked burrito in the skillet with steak along side the Mexican street corn. We loved every bite!

Great tacos and atmosphere. Server explained they use fresh oil to make gf chips and then reserve a bunch for people with celiac. Super pleased with the knowledge of the staff.

The food was fantastic. Everything clearly marked GF and/or Vegan. About 90% of the menu is GF so no feeling like you only have a few things to pick from. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food. Will be revisiting next time we come to Grand Cayman.

Updated 2022 - Casa 43 marks items on their menu both as gluten free and separately as celiac friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They clean the fryer and use new clean oil every day. I told them my concerns about the fryer, and they didn’t hesitate to make me tortilla chips in a separate pot of oil. Great food and great staff. I had no gluten reaction afterwards.

Oh my... where to start. We actually ordered 3 meals: combo ceviche, combo Mahi-shrimp fajitas, and the snapper meal (sauce was to die for). Has rum mojitos. My husband and I agreed that they were the best ever. We ate SO much. But I am not sick and incredibly happy. Our meals were absolutely to die for.

We ate here twice In the same week. 3 gf family members and no one had any problems either time. Chef came out second time to clarify a sauce because I am also df. Just ask lots of questions and make sure they know you’re gf. They will make you your own chips to avoid cross contamination if you need. Also menu is well marked but it may seem like other things should be. Some meats co rain beer in the marinade which is why some of things aren’t gf. Great great food. And fantastic margaritas too!

Really fun and unique atmosphere. Staff was great and the food was so yummy! Everything is clearly marked for GF.
Excellent food with phenomenal guidance by the manager as well as the chef. My celiac son loved the dinner and felt great afterwards!

Great service and lots of options—they even heated oil in a separate pot so I could enjoy chips, too! So accommodating without even asking!

PARTY IN MY MOUTH!! Seriously, the best tacos I've ever had - and the non-GF people with me agreed!Casa 43 clearly marks all GF items on their menu and there are tons of options. One of the owners, Max, came to our table and talked about how they aim to stay true to authentic Mexican cuisine while using juxtaposition to create amazing flavors. If you're a fan of Mexican food, this is the place for you!
