Pleasantly surprised with how gluten free friendly Casa B is! The waiter was very knowledgeable about options and let me know the fryer is gf and non-gf fried items are pan-fried separately.
GF items are clearly marked on the menu and about 80% of the menu is gluten-free!
One note - Casa B is serving using disposable dishes/utensils/glasses right now, so don’t be surprised!

Review
Charming and delicious tapas restaurant in Union Square. Most of the menu is gluten-free (and the fryer is totally safe), so this place is a must-visit. Drinks are amazing as well. Every item on the menu we tried was fantastic, but the queso frito with guava sauce was a standout. Our waiter was attentive, friendly and helpful. I will be back!
