You MUST go eat here not only if you are a celiac, but even if you just enjoy delicious and fresh tasting food! Soooooo yummy and I can’t wait to go back! The servers and host were very friendly and did a good job with our order. To start with we ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole, along with trying the pesto ranch fries. Both were 5 star good. Each of us at the table ordered the two item plate off of the menu. Mine had a chicken tomatillo tamale and a pork taco along with the rice and beans. Both were incredibly fresh with a homemade taste. You definitely do not want to miss this place when in Fresno, California. The entire menu is gluten free with the exception of a few of the bar drinks I was told.i

Amazing. It’s a MUST visit when in Fresno. We got the fries (sauce on the side), chips and salsa, tacos, and tamales. Everything was fantastic.

WOW - I mean WOOOOWWW!! We got a variety of tacos - all fabulous, and two tamales - the sweet corn tamale is better than my favorite restaurant back home and the blueberry cream cheese. We got the blueberry cream cheese tamale because of all the raves about it. My husband who isn’t a big fan of blueberries loved it. We will definitely be back.

Had dinner there this evening. I & my daughter had the two item w/rice and beans. Chicken tomatillo and chicken poblano. This meal was delicious and oh so satisfying. The salsa had a slight bite but was oh so tasty. Would recommend 10/10.

Great food and great service. They serve individual and family style service for a great price. $25 for 5 tamales with a serving of rice and beans. Our 4yo son loved the pork tamales. They had a great cheese and pomblano chili tamale that had heat and flavor. They also have a bar. The margaritas are very tasty.

Great tamales and tacos. Everyone loved the food and especially the corn tortillas. I had the spinach and artichoke tamales and it was great. It was nice also to be able to have Spanish rice again, no worries since the whole place is GF. Family is all highly sensitive to gluten and no problems with reactions here. Great restaurant and friendly staff!

You know what part I love is being able to sit down with people and not having to mention that I have an allergy.. CDT Cocina is a FABULOUS establishment! The food is 100% safely GF! I’m a very sensitive Celiac. I’ve eaten there 2x as we drove through. This time they even stayed open a little late for us as we were running a tad late. Absolutely delicious food! I wish there was a CDT Cocina in Oregon City! So good! Safe! And Kind people! ❤❤❤

This is a fully gluten-free facility. My husband and I both ordered some of the tacos and they were delicious. We accidentally showed up right as they were closing for the day but they were still very courteous and nice about it and we were the only people there. If I lived closer I would go to this place all the time. I wish they would expand and open up a location in Southern California because the food was so good. I have celiac disease and feel amazing after eating there with no reactions at all.

Casa de Tamales is a fully gluten free facility. I have celiac and this was the first dedicated gluten free kitchen I have found in Fresno. Staff is completely understanding, friendly, knowledgable, and don't give you that weird other places do, like they have never herd of gluten free! And to top it off, the food is great! There chicken salad is amazing and our favorite. Plus there hibiscus tea is the best! I highly recommend this place not only for celiac's, gluten sensitives, but any one who enjoys home cook style food!
