Be aware--the chips go in a shared fryer, so there is major risk of cross contamination. Also, if substituting corn tortilla for flour, they will dunk it in the same shared oil (to soften) unless specifically told to use 'clean' oil. I give them four stars because the manager went out of his way to make sure my Celiac was properly cared for, including having them refire the quesadilla that had been accidentally dunked in the shared oil. She did not have any stomach issues.
It was really good! I had a chicken enchilada so they just made it with a corn tortilla and green sauce. The salsa is really good too. I didn't have any stomach problems.
Do not eat here if you have celiac. Staff is not helpful and there are serious cross contamination issues. You will get sick eating here!

Food is AMAZING! They offer several things that are gluten free. The only things that aren't are the flour tortillas and the red enchilada sauce.
