5 stars for the food. The mole was fantastic. I can’t even remember the last time I had mole at a restaurant. Tamales were very good and, I can’t believe I’m even saying this, the black beans were the best I’ve had in my life. My Mexican husband agrees too. Service was a bit eclectic but totally fine. Will definitely visit frequently.

OMG Delicious!! I've eaten there four times and have not ever gotten sick. Chef Arturo came out to speak with us and I explained to him that I had a gluten allergy. He's a total professional. He explained that none of his doughs for sopes, empanadas, and tamales had any gluten ingredients. He also confirmed that his mole is made without typical ingredients such as breads and crackers and they should be safe to eat. (I'll try the mole next visit). The Cochinita Pibil is AMAZING and a must try.My qualifier is that I'm severely intolerant, not celiac, so be sure to do your due diligence and speak with the chef about your specific needs so you are safely eating his delicious foods.
