Cool place. Had a cheeseburger and fries. Both were awesome. Our server was very friendly and helpful
Possibly the best gluten free experience I've had at a non-dedicated gluten free restaurant. The menu is marked clearly as to what is gluten free or can be adapted to be made gluten free. The servers can clearly explain their safety procedures and made us feel very confident.
Not to mention, the food and atmosphere was amazing! Exactly the diner/grill vibe that you want out of a place like this. Will definitely be a regular stop when we're in Olympia.
Delicious Cajun chowder and salad. Fun atmosphere. Loved that everything was gluten free or gluten free available.

Plenty of gluten free options, but the food was not great
Omg so good. They have a dedicated gf fryer as of right now. Fried chicken Sammy was amazing. Also had fried pickles. No one got sick. Loved it
Great vibe, lots of options. Quintessential Olympia. The fries aren’t the best, but the burger bun is pretty solid.
Plenty of GF or "Can be made GF" options clearly marked on the menu. A GF bun option was available. A GF lettuce wrap was offered by our server too though it wasn't mentioned on the menu. Service was friendly and professional. The setting was comfortable and not too loud. Will happily return to dine here again.
This place was great. The server said they take gluten allergies seriously. Downside was they had only one gluten-free beer from a can. It's either that or cider. Still, good stuff.
Service was fantastic. We had the creole fried chicken sandwich with fries and Garcia Takes a Dip (Mexican style shredded pork). The chocolate torte was amazing even two days later! Most of the menu can be made GF if it isn't already GF.
Large gluten free selection is well marked on the menu. It’s easy to get vegan gluten free items. We go there because they are gluten free and vegan friendly. My daughter is allergic to gluten and she can eat here without any reactions.
Delicious. SO. MANY. OPTIONS. The menu is clearly marked with naturally gf items and items that can easily be made gf (like subbing a gf bun on a burger). Fries are gf. LOTS of vegan options too. Beautiful location. The only issue we had was they put bread on the plate to go with the soup. My husband figured it wasn't gf and when we told the waiter, he chewed out the kitchen staff because he'd circled gf on the ticket. Twice. He gave us 1/2 off that entree in apology. Didn't get sick, even with that mishap. The steak was delicious. The bratwurst burger was delicious. The fries were delicious. The chicken curry soup was delicious. Like, it was all delicious.
Had our first dinner here recently. The menu clearly marked the GF entrees and our server was helpful as well. Food was fine; no reactions afterwards!
The service was great and so was the food. I ordered the Garcia dip on a gf roll, fries were from a dedicated fryer. So far all I feel is stuffed! I'll edit review if any symptoms develope.
They had gluten free options but nothing was amazing tasting. The food was very bland also expensive. I did not get my money's worth in flavor or taste. Won't be going back.
Great restaurant for the whole family. Place has such a great vibe and the service was top notch. Lots of yummy choices. Menu labeled well. Celiac daughter had the grilled romaine salad and chicken wings. Husband’s burger was one of the best burgers he’s had in a while. Garcia Takes a Dip and Indochine Baguette we’re both super tasty.
Eaten here twice. Very fun atmosphere right downtown! Dedicated fryer and kabrked gluten free menu. I’ve uploaded menu pictures. Any item with a blue dot 🔵 is gluten free. Any item with a yellow dot can be made gf. Gf buns too!
We live in Olympia and we have eaten at the Cascadia Grill many times. They have gluten-free buns and a dedicated gluten-free fryer. The owners are always there to greet us and remember that we have Celiac. They are always so safe and accommodating! They even gave my son a slice of gf cake on his birthday!

Food is good. First time eating there it was great second time was take out the GF bun was not actually GF. Made for a terrible evening.
It is getting harder to tell the difference between a good GF bun and a regular one...
Ordered a clearly marked gf/df item that was served with regular bread (learned this too late).
