The staff was very knowledgable and the chef came out to reconfirm there would be no cross contamination. I’m too sensitive to eat in most regular Mexican restaurant kitchens, because of cross contamination. So if I ever eat out is the most plain thing possible to reduce the risk. This chef gave me the confidence to try a real dish and I thoroughly enjoyed delicious green enchiladas swimming in sauce with beans and cheese, and salsas on the side. It was such a delight. Real Jalisco style enchiladas I haven’t had in 8 years. Looking forward to going back for chilaquiles and other breakfasts. I didn’t see lunch menu.
