So the owner claims 100% celiac friendly, no flour to enter the entire restaurant. The food was amazing best tacos I’ve had in the south, only GF beignets in NoLA but I got pretty violently ill and this is the only thing I ate. I recognize I could have gotten sick from the margarita mix they used not the food but be careful - as I was seriously glutened
