They have an allergen menu online and almost everything is gluten-free except for the pita and falafel. I was very happy with my order and didn't get glutened. I ordered for pick up.

most of their proteins are gluten free except falafel. their pita is also not gf, but many of their other products and sauces are. their app lets you mark allergens you’re avoiding as well

I walked in there to get lunch. The person in line was having their order made. The staffer had rice in a bowl and a piece of pita in hand on top of the rice. The patron then said they didn’t want rice, so he proceeded to pour the rice right back into the container. I walked out and left and did not eat there.

Cava is so good! A great fast-casual spot for Mediterranean style bowls and pitas. Toppings and ingredients are labeled for allergens. It’s a chain so they have tons of locations!

Currently sitting here praying I don’t sick. I had to skip out on one of the things that make my dish because the cross contamination was astronomical. I was super disappointed as this company is one of the places I’ve been able to eat at with my multiple food allergies.

This is a chain location. It is a build your one bowl type of place. I alerted the staff to my dietary restrictions and they instantly acknowledged the need. I was impressed. I had a safe meal and did not get sick. I have Celiac.
