They have gluten free choices. They changed gloves and had one person make my order. I had the chicken with rice. I am not sure of any cc but the meal was tasty. Seems to be a good place to eat.
Servers immediately changed their gloves when I told them I had Celiac. There were very few things that were not gluten free. I got a bowl, and felt safe. It was delicious! Will definitely go back again.
With the exception of the pita bread, everything is GF. It is so nice to be able to get a bowl made and then to just be able to get whatever you want in it without checking if each item is GF.

Cava is incredible, u normally build my own bowl and they will chnage gloves if you ask (atleast at the one i went to) and even without chnaging gloves, everything is served with spoons so it doesn’t interfere
I have eaten here twice now and both times the staff seemed knowledgeable about safe handling. As soon as I mentioned my gluten issue they changed gloves and walked me down the line. The menu is clearly labeled as to what is gf.

Delicious bowls, pretty much everything is GF. The menu states what is GF and you can make your own bowl.
As upgraded fast food, this place is excellent for those with celiac disease. Granted I went in during a slower time, but I ended up with 3 employees in the end pitching in to find me something that was both gluten free and that I could enjoy and tolerate the spice level. The employees were fabulous, the food tasty and nutritious. There are so many more choices that I haven’t tried yet, and would like to go back and try next time. I’m 3 days out from eating here and didn’t get sick either. FYI, even the lamb meatballs are naturally gfree.
I ordered door dash and did not get glutened. I am a celiac very sensitive to cross contamination and in general food delivery makes me nervous. I ordered their steak salad which was good. I believe I ordered from the Plano TX location. The website has a allergy and nutuition guide but nothing on the menu.
Mediterranean bowls and salads, lots of tasty toppings to customize to your liking, fresh and generous servings. Most everything is gluten free (except pita). Similar to Naf Naf Grill or Roti.
Build your own bowl / salad / Pita (NOT GF) type place with lots of GF Mediterranean type ingredients (think Chipotle). Worker was happy to change gloves and walk my order through the line. GF is not clearly marked on the menu, but their site has a good guide that I previewed before going, and most ingredients are straightforward. Menu is not extensive, but enough variety for me to happily come on a regular basis. The food was great.
