Honestly going by the reviews I was expecting more. It was honestly very overpriced my burger was burnt actually all 3 burgers came burnt. I sadly won’t be back. I had high hopes for this place. Maybe it’s just the burgers and the other foods are good but 3/3 burgers was 4 out of 10 rating.

The staff was very nice and the place was clean.

Dedicated GF which was nice. Menu changes frequently and not a huge variety. My gluten loving family thought the food was ok, a bit too "gourmet". Duck fat on burgers, etc. I thought my curry was delicious.

Our waitress was very friendly and polite. The decor was beautiful and the place has a nice quiet atmosphere. But, the seasoning was unusual and I feel like it was missing some key notes. I am sensitive to onion and this was not the right place for me. There is a lot of onion in the dishes. It is possible I did not communicate it correctly but there were shallots in the house dressing in my salad which took me a while to figure out. My family who does eat onion also found the taste disappointing. For our experience, underwhelming describes the food well. My fully gluten free family and I would not recommend.

I was super excited to eat at this place, but honestly, I was a little underwhelmed. The french fries were just eh, the fancy burger was too much, too rich. We went for lunch and it was proboably one of the best lunches I have ever had. The wraps were delicious and the wrap itself was so good. The restaurant is super cute and everyone is really nice. Everything tastes so fresh and I can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding! The food is amazing, the entire place is gluten-free and mostly dairy free and it’s creative and delicious and I can’t wait to go back! The staff is very attentive. What a delight to find a farm to table, gluten-free restaurant on vacation! Did I mention the homemade, dairy free gf Twix bar and warm nut butter brownie at the end of the meal were absolute heaven! Update 2024…. Food continues to be outstanding!!

Such a difference dining somewhere without a single worry of cross-contamination. Husband and I split the octopus and eggplant appetizers and the chicken thigh noodle dish and marrow burger for dinner. Dessert was almond cake and crumble cake. All amazing.

We had a really good meal. My son, who is celiac, had his first burger in 6 months! And the burger was amazing - carmelized onions, nice bun, juicy. The truffle fries were great and so were the steaks and crispy brussels sprouts. We will be back!!

Cave' Bistro is amazing! Completely GF restaurant. For an appetizer, the small plate octopus served with salsa verde was cooked to perfection. The portion was large enough to share. The marrow burger with bacon onion jam and cheddar was the best burger I have ever had. And the truffle fries were the perfect accompaniment. We shared the almond cake for dessert which was light, moist and delicious. Last but not least, Meg was a great waitperson and a wonderful representative of the restaurant! She was pleasant, made knowledgeable suggestions and was very conscientious of our needs. Definitely returning to taste some more of this varied and delicious menu which was so hard to choose from!

This place was amazing! So many options, dedicated GF and delicious food. I craved the food long after. My hubby and I each had different burgers that were the best we ever had! Pilot kombucha was a nice add on that I haven’t seen before. The desserts were scrumptious as well. I’ve never had such an addictive Cesar salad before...could eat that every day. Chill vibe, friendly staff, great pricing and outstanding food! Will find a reason to be able to return!

My husband and I had the tacos, both pork and brisket. Also shared a giant oatmeal cream cookie. All delicious, safe, and a cozy atmosphere with attentive service. They have weekly take home meals available for a good price as well. Wish we lived closer! Will definitely be back when in the area!

We had the pleasure of eating at Cave Bistro last night. I have celiac disease so you can imagine my excitement upon finding a 100% gluten free restaurant nearby! There were four of us for dinner and a baby. We started with the sliders on plantain and the brisket tacos. The plaintain was the perfect foil to the beef slider adding just the right touch of sweetness. The tacos were served with pickled onion and were fabulous. For Our entrees, two of us had the hangar steak special and the other two had the burger with duck. All four of us were raving about our meals. For dessert I had the Spanish almond cake which was sublime! I will definitely be returning often to this wonderful restaurant!

Wow! The food was amazing here. It was so nice to eat whatever I wanted and not have to worry. My boyfriend said the food was incredible and he’s not even gluten free. I got a burger that came with a potato flour bun, and it wasn’t soggy or overly dry. The sriracha sauce was amazing and not very spicy, but just added a little something to the dish. Delicious, I can’t wait to go back!
