Review of Cavé Bistro

100% GF. Food is delicious and always fresh. A very reliable place to go for lunch or dinner or Sunday brunch. Only negative is for those of us who are on the AIP diet the great menu offering is somewhat limited because nightshades are very prevalent and the chef is adamant about “No Substitutions”. You can omit an item that accompanies your entre but you cannot swap a carrot or kale offering for a nightshade veg.
